We are deliberately separate from maintenance contracts. The Thorough Examination is a genuine second opinion — not a tick-box exercise written by the contractor servicing the plant.
Engineering-Led
Inspections are carried out by an engineer with a hands-on plant background, not by a general auditor. Reports identify defects with practical, actionable severity.
Defensible Reporting
Reports are written to stand up to insurer review and HSE scrutiny. Defect classification follows SAFed-aligned best practice for clear, repeatable judgements.
Critical-Estate Experience
Programmes delivered across NHS estates, commercial property portfolios, distribution centres and FM operations. Familiar with the real operational pressures duty-holders face.
Personal Service
You speak to the engineer. No call-centre layer. The director takes operational calls and survey enquiries directly when scheduling allows.
Same-Week Visits, Same-Day Reports
Most enquiries are scheduled within the same working week. Priority slots are held for lapsed-certificate situations across London and the South East. The report, with photographs, is issued the same day, and we remind you before the next one is due.
