1. Who we are

2. What information we collect

When you submit a survey request or enquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: company name, contact name, email address, phone number, equipment/asset details, and any message content you include. We do not collect payment details, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If you accept analytics cookies (see section 8), we also collect website-usage data through Google Analytics — which pages are visited, general location and device/browser type. This is not linked to your name or contact details.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule inspection surveys, and provide the compliance services you request. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

4. Third-party form processing

Enquiry form submissions are processed and forwarded to our email inbox using a third-party form service (Formspree). Your submitted details pass through their infrastructure in order to reach us, and are subject to Formspree's own privacy practices. We only receive and store the content of what you submit; we do not instruct any additional tracking or profiling on this data.

5. AI chat assistant

This site offers an optional AI chat assistant for general LOLER and PUWER questions. If you use it, the text you type is sent to Anthropic (the provider of the underlying AI model) to generate a reply. We do not ask for or knowingly submit personal or equipment-specific details through the chat, and conversations are not linked to your name or contact details on our side. Anthropic's processing of chat input is governed by Anthropic's own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). For anything specific to your equipment, please use the survey request form or contact us directly instead of the chat assistant.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry and client correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the service requested and to meet our legal, accounting, or statutory reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@integrityliftcompliance.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, general location, device and browser type. Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops straight away and the analytics cookies already set are deleted.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Google's use of analytics data is governed by Google's own privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
